This Shipping Policy explains how Azon Market processes and ships book orders, estimated delivery times, shipping costs, tracking, and what to do if there’s a delivery issue.
1) Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

If an item is unavailable or requires extra handling time, we will notify you by email.
2) Shipping Coverage
We deliver to supported destinations available at checkout.
If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will confirm whether shipping can be arranged.

If tracking is available for the selected shipping method, you will receive a tracking number by email once the order is shipped.

7) Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping information is correct and complete, including:

If a parcel is delayed or returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply.
8) Failed Delivery Attempts

recipient not available

the carrier may attempt re-delivery, hold the parcel at a pickup location, or return it to us. Re-shipping costs may apply in case of return.
9) Damaged Items
We pack books carefully, but if your order arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide photos of the outer packaging and the damaged item(s)
We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
10) Lost or Missing Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe:

Check tracking

Contact us with your order number
We will investigate with the carrier. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.
11) Customs, Duties & Taxes
For cross-border shipments:

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on local regulations.
